How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the delivery information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipper to scan the package and show the shipping information.
When will my order ship?
Every item is in stock. Most orders ship within 3 business day. Custom orders within 5 business days. Orders must be placed before 2 pm ET.
How can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it is immediately released for processing and shipment. Although we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, we cannot guarantee that they can be made once the order has been placed. Please contact customer service email@example.com with any inquiries regarding changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply.
I had a mistake in my order, can I make changes?
As soon you realize you have a mistake, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can make the appropriated changes. If your order is already shipped, we cannot change your mistake. Although we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, we cannot guarantee they can be made once the order is placed.
Need a copy of my invoice.
Once your order is placed you will receive a copy of your invoice. Please check your inbox or your “Junk mail”, or contact us email@example.com, we can email you the invoice any time.

What is your return policy? (Click here for more information)
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any returns.
When will my return credit appear on my account?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
