RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 20 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Some product is not eligible for returns:

  • Customized Products (Unless spelling error)

  • Intimate products.

  • Edible products.

 

SHIPPING

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable

  • Orders that arrive after the expected delivery ( Dated printed on the receipt) are eligible for the total refund including shipping fees.

 

 DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

 

  • If you receive a damaged or missing product, please send us a mail to hello@idokitsusa.com within 3 business days. Please send us the number of order and the problem so we can initiate the claim.

  • IDOKITSUSA.COM is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Claims may take up to 8 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed, it is immediately released for processing and shipment. Although we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, we cannot guarantee that they can be made once the order has been placed. Please contact customer service  hello@idokitsusa.com with any inquiries regarding changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply.

RETURNS

 

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A 10%  restocking fee will be deducted from any returns.
